Structure principle:

Operation instructions:

1.first check the transmission parts before use, the connecting parts have no loosening.

5. the peanut raw materials before cutting should be graded, to avoid the cut of the size of the uneven, can not have sundries, to avoid damage cutting knife.

6.the surface of the feeding screen should be smooth. The clearance between each lifting ear and the connecting rod should be kept uniform. The upper and lower cutter must be parallel and symmetrical. The grading screen will rotate according to the direction of the LD, and the screen should be replaced at any time according to the size of peanut.

7. feed the sieve into the front end of the trough u center and the upper and lower blades must be vertical in the center, the lower blade than sieve U-shaped groove height 1--2 mm. (after a period of time, check on the knife and the knife must be vertical, screen body groove and the blade holding center, blade and sieve U-shaped groove height of 1-2 mm, if there is a deviation in time adjustment.)

8.the feed is controlled by the speed regulating motor, the feed speed is adjusted with the cutter, and the feed can not be stored in the feed screen, but also the speed of the cutter.

9.The vibration motor of the material sieve, rotation direction according to the LD direction, or counter clockwise rotation, such as the reverse material.

After feeding, cutting and grading, it should be checked and cleaned regularly after a period of time, so as not to affect the normal use.

1.
