Pine Nut Peeling machinery

1. Sorter. First you have to separate pine nut into different grade, usually 7 grades. Each grade has the same size pine nut.

2. Cracker machinery. Then each time put one grade with the same size into cracker. Notice that each time with one grade with same size only.

3. Kernel Shell Separator. Then put the cracked pine nut(broken pine nut with shell and kernel) into the separator to separate kernel and shell.

4. Peeling brown skin. Finally put pine nut kernel into peeling machinery to remove brown skin.
