Oven bakery functions diesel or gas, by using appropriate burners, or with electric power. The air is heated in a proper heat exchanger with a heat resistant surface that allows a big terminal exchange.
This LD-16CE oven bakery has independent high-yielding steam devices to allow several consecutivebake with steam.
