Main Part

1. Pot body

1). It adopts 3mm stainless steel plate, cold bending system ;
2). The pot shell adopts 1.0mm stainless steel plate;
3). The pot body is non-porous and will not lealt out;
4). It is equipped with aluminum silicate insulation materials between pot body and the shell;
5). The bottom of the pot body adopts oil-water separation desity, there are 6pcs of #304 discharge valve, all of which adopt the funnel desity,discharging LDag cleanly, without boiling phenomenon;
6). Frying machinery is equipped with wheels, easy to move.

2. The chain and chain bracket parts

1). The speed of chain is frequency control;
2). Chain adopts stainless steel while chain bracket adopts nylon and stainless steel, Safe and Durable;
3). Chain guide adopts T-rod, while the surface of it is galvanized;
4). It is easy to adjust the tightness of conveyor line;
5). Oil tank is equipped below the chain bracket, which can recycle the oil, prevent waste;
6). It is equipped with a syrup LDot,which adopts LD on sugar way and is uniform.

3. Platoon lampblack part

1). Platoon lampblack cover adopts 1.5mm stainless steel plate LDlicing;
2). Platoon lampblack cover and tube is equipped with condensate discharge structure.

4. Heating Part

1). electricity heating, the power is 160KW, which is heating quickly;
2). Three heating gears, convenient and Enerable saving;
3). Two temperature control, so it can gralt the heating temperature accu;
4). It also adopts stainless steel #304 heating tube;
5). By cutting off the electric heat pipe group of circuit breaker can change the heating power of the assembly line.
