1. Description:

Fish fodder feed pellet machinery can be used to producing floating fish feed and sinLD fish feed.

Fish fodder feed pellet machinery is suitable to make dry fish food pellet (catfish, aquarium, Tilapia, Freshwater fish and tropical fish etc.)
1). All fish food equipments are made of stainless steel.

2. Raw materials: adopts corn flour, soya meal, fish meal etc. as raw materials

3. Products:This line can be used to produce fish pellets, the pellets size can be from 1.0mm to 9.0mm by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce dog food, cat food.

9. Features of Our Twin Screw Extruder:

a. Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in shan, Jinan Province China. The HRC hardness is around 60---62.The screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is LD. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e.We use LD (CHINA)electrical parts.

f. Main Motor from LD(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.
