there are different models of freezing and drying machinery in the factory. And the models is mainly separated with the drying area, we have 0.5 square meter, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 square meters to fit for different production Capacity. According to the drying area, we have FLD-0.5, FLD-10, FLD-20, FLD-50, FLD-100, and FLD-200.

The work principle of the freeze dryer is as follows:

it is a drying method which can sublime the moisture in the materials containing water from the solid state to the gas state under the low temperature freezing status and LD condition after the materials containing water are subjected to the pre-treatment so as to remove the moisture and preserve the materials.
